2008 Satellite Direct Readout Conference
Exhibitor Information


The 2008 Satellite Direct Readout Conference is being held at the Hilton Miami Airport, Miami, Florida. During the conference, exhibits will be displayed in the International Ballroom Pre-Assembly Area.

Exhibitor Registration Fee – US $750.00
Included in the exhibitor registration fee is one (1) complimentary conference registration, continental breakfast, AM/PM breaks, and admission to the Welcome Reception and conference banquet. All exhibitor registration fees must be received by October 31, 2008. Additional persons may attend the conference with the exhibiting company for US $395 each, which includes all conference amenities.

Exhibitor Schedule and Set Up
The exhibit registration includes 8 feet of space. Exhibit space is assigned on a first come basis. Chairs are available upon request. Tables, electricity, power strips, and a banner are available from the hotel for a fee. To obtain these services and or supplies, please complete and fax the attached Vendor Order Form to the Hilton Airport by December 1, 2008.

Set up: Monday 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
Breakdown: Friday 11:30am – 2:00pm

Exhibit hours - December 8-12, 2008:
Monday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 11:30am

Conference Welcome Packages
Each conference attendee will receive a welcome package. Your company may submit an item for each welcome package by December 1, 2008, to the conference planning headquarters. Approximately 350 guests are expected to attend the event.

Shipping and Mailing Address
There is a $50 fee for the Hilton to receive shipments, deliver to your booth, and pickup for return shipping (See Vendor Order Form). Due to limited storage, the hotel cannot accept large amounts of material or equipment more than three (3) days before the conference. Storage required for more than three (3) days pre and/or post conference will be charged $1.00 per package, per day.

When sending material to the hotel, label the shipment with the name and date of the event as well as the name of the on-site recipient. Packages will be locked in the Purchasing Department; small envelopes will be kept in Guest
